ok so i want to find hair color that is black but has blue tint to it??

In order to get white hair you need to bleach it. The problem with that is that it absolutely KILLS your hair. In order to get it white, you need to use a heavy bleach that can only be done professionally. But even with this, you hair will be as dry as straw and will be pretty much made of split ends. its a problem.

If you want a black hair color just go anywhere to get a true black color. If it is genuinely black and not just dark dark brown, it will appear to have a blue tint. This happens whether you want it or dont. The best thing I can find is Clairol natural blue black hair dye. It will do the trick. Be very careful though, once you dye your hair black it is very hard to remove because you can't dye over it. You just have to wait til it grows out. Make sure to put a lot of thought into what you want. Here's the website.

If you want white, you can't just go out and buy white dye. You have to bleach your hair until it gets light light light blonde.

First off, I think ur asking the wrong group of people. Go to a stylist and ask for proffessional help. But i know about hair so , okay if you want black and blue tints dye your hair very black. And then blue highlights, or dye your roots blue.

just put a dark blue on it and the black will pick up a blue hue. It may be subtle, but you'll see it. It will make your black super super super black. As black as it gets. Which I think looks cool. Go for it! :)
