I WOULD TRY A PRIVATE SALON THAT IS KINDA TRENDY. MAKE SURE YOUR MOTHER GOES WITH YOU BECAUSE YOUR SO YOUNG THEY MAY NOT DO IT WITHOUT HER PERMISSION. CALL AROUND TO YOUR LOCAL SALONS.
