Try streaking or highlighting instead of all blond. And then keep your hair in top condition. I used to be blond with blonder highlights and it KILLED my hair. Had to go back to darker colors and used lots of hair masks to get my hair back to normal.

Don't do it yes it will damage your hair, bleech contains peroxide that strips your hair off its natural colour and conditioners. best bet is to stay within a few shade of your own natural colour, why not try a wash in wash out 1st to see how your hair re acts to colouring??
