I have blue eyes {as you already know} and brown hair. How can I make my eyes really stick out? I see a lot of really cool makeup where they have black eyeliner, but underneath it sort of fades. Thanks in advance!

haha omg i have broen hair and blue eyes also. ok what i do is i put on mascara and i tend to make my lashes longer on the corners. then i put on eyeliner on the top and the corners of the bottom. this akes them stand out a lot. or if you wear dark blues it also makes them stand out. go to a mac counter and ask cuz they know the right tipa and tools to get what you are talking about. :)
