My friend is exactly like you. :) She has metal frames that have a rectangular shape to them, but are rounded off, so they're not really harsh in contrast to the contours of her face. I also have similair glasses, but the frames on mine are a little chunkier, so that they're more fun. Both kinds, I think, are really nice, and would look good on you -- try dark blue frames to help bring out your eye color (my old ones were this cobalt blue, and I LOVED them).

Is getting more than one pair an option? I only wear glasses for reading, but have three pair. I treat them as jewelry for my eyes.
My coloring is similar to yours. One pair is an almost transparent olive green with tiny little rhinestones at the corners, one pair is multicolored with pinks, blues and greens, and I have one light colored tortoise shell pair.
The shape depends entirely upon the shape of your face.
I couldn't see having to choose just one pair forever. That's way too limiting for me. Like having one outfit to wear.
