They probably looked similar to modern Russians and White Russians since the Slavic languages appear to be the closest relatives of the Indo-Iranian group of languages to which Sanskrit (the language of the Aryans) belonged.
If we look at the modern Russian population we find that blues eyes and fair skin are fairly common among them. Blond hair exists too but is a little less common than in Poland, Germany and the Scandinavian countries.

All you have to do is look at the middle east people of today and see that they are obviously of some caucasian descent.
